Time Frame
You have 24 hours to report a problem with your item.
Condition
The item can only be returned if it is damaged upon arrival as Patri Margo only sell Bespoke made-to-order products and will not give returns where the customer has changed their mind/doesn't like it now/customer measured wrong and item doesn't fit etc.
If there is noticeable damage in the packaging upon arrival, do not accept or sign for goods. Please refuse delivery at this point and contact us immediately. If a package was left which you didn't have to sign for, but notice the damage, please take pictures of this before opening packaging IF it is minor. But, IF you notice considerable damage on the outside where you can see it has affected the product, please do not unwrap your parcel but take pictures of this at different angles clearly showing the damage.
With some products there will be minor imperfections and this is the nature of 'Handmade' products. We will only except refunds if there is an obvious chip, noticeable dents. Pine furniture - whether planed/rough finish - will naturally have knots, slight discolouration and minor marks, which is the rustic nature of this material.
Return Shipping
It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us for a full refund once package is signed for.
